GBN Global Business Network

Global Business Network, a member of the Monitor Group, is a unique membership organization of strategic thinkers from global companies and governments; visionaries from science, the arts and academia; and leading practitioners of scenario and strategy development. Founded in 1987, GBN is internationally acclaimed for its leadership role in the evolution and application of scenario thinking and strategic conversation to master risk and uncertainty. Scenarios—coherent stories about divergent, yet plausible, futures—are powerful planning and learning tools precisely because the future is unpredictable, requiring companies to continually adapt and innovate. GBN's primary services include: scenario and strategy consulting to help organizations explore and act on emerging trends, risks, and opportunities; scenario training and executive development to build the thinking and leadership skills necessary for the future; and WorldView membership, an annual subscription program that uses collaborative learning experiences and original content to illuminate the forces driving change and their implications for business and society.
